What are the check-in and check-out times? Check-in is from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Check-out is from 7.00 am to 10.00 am.
Do I have to book a minimum number of nights? Yes, the minimum number is 3 nights.
Do you have wheelchair accessible apartments? Unfortunately, our apartments are not currently equipped to accommodate people with mobility difficulties.
What is the opening period of the residence? We are open in summer and winter.
Do I have to pay the tourist tax? Yes, the tourist tax must be paid: it is €1.20 per person per day (for the first 10 days), to be paid in cash upon your arrival. The tax is free up to 13 years of age.
Do you offer discounts and promotions for ski lifts, shops and museums? For each guest, we offer the Trentino Guest Card - Val di Sole Opportunity, at a cost of €1.00 per person per day, FREE for children up to 12 years. What advantages does it offer you? Find out on this page.
Do you allow pets? Yes, your four-legged friends are more than welcome in our residence, as long as they are always kept on a leash - they are not allowed in the communal areas. We simply ask you to inform us of their presence at the time of your booking.
A contribution of €50.00 per stay is required for the final cleaning of the apartment (obligatory).

Where can I park my car? You have two options: • in the outdoor parking area next to our accommodation; it's FREE and available without a reservation; • in the covered parking of the residence, to be requested at the time of booking. The covered parking costs €25.00; it's FREE for those staying in a Superior 2-room Apartment.
Do you have Wi-Fi? Yes, a free high-speed Wi-Fi connection is available in all apartments and public areas.
What equipment is available in all the apartments? In each apartment there is bed linen and towels, and a kettle with coffee and teabags. Kitchen linen is not provided.
All prices include consumption of water, electricity and heating.
How is the kitchenette equipped? In the kitchen corner you will find electric hotplates, fridge, crockery (plates, cutlery and glasses).
Microwave is available on request - it's FREE only if you book on this site.
Do I have to pay a final cleaning charge? Final cleaning is mandatory and costs:
• € 40.00 per week for the Studio type;
• € 45.00 per week for the Standard 2-room type;
• € 50.00 per week for the Superior 2-Room type.
The final cleaning does not include the kitchenette and the dishes, which should be cleaned before you check-out - their non-cleaning involves an extra charge of € 50.00.
What do you offer for children? In one room of the residence, we have created a play corner, complete with TV and Wii console, reserved for all our little guests.
A cot is available on request for children up to 2 years - it's FREE only if you book on this site.
What payment methods do you accept? You can pay for your stay with all major credit cards, excluding American Express. We do not accept cheques.
How many days before arrival can I cancel my reservation without incurring additional charges? You can cancel any booking made on this site up to 7 days before the date of arrival: in this case, you will not be charged any penalty. For cancellations after this deadline, payment of an amount equal to the first night's stay is required.
What happens to my deposit if I cancel my booking after the deadline? In this case, we offer you the opportunity to take advantage of the deposit already paid for your next stay - you have a year to take advantage of this.
Is a security deposit required? Yes, upon your arrival we will ask you to pay an amount of €100.00 in cash as a security deposit. This amount will be refunded at the end of the stay, after we check the condition of the apartment.
Our stay at Residence Kristall was very plesant. The apartment was clean, and very nice, also nicely equped. There was free parking for car, and ski room for skiing equipment. Location of Residence Kristall is also great, the cable car is 100m from Residence.
Excellent position for those liking nice skiing with excellent comfort/price ratio.
Extremly helpful and kind staff. Perfect position near the lift. Mezzana in walking distance. Very good communication in English - quite unusual in Italy. I would return again.

The room was just what we needed and very clean. The water in the shower was always hot. And the WiFi was quite good. The kitchen was equipped.
